A well designed brochure is an important part of a good business.  It is a way to attract and give a professional impression to your clients.

A brochure typically list and shows your companies services and products that you offer. It is also a place to describe a brief history of your company and qualifications that you provide.  It is by far the most practical marketing tool to distribute information about your company and services to a targeted clientele.


Brochures typically come in three standard sizes, they are as follows 8 ½ x 11, 8 ½ x 14 and 11 x 17.  The most popular size is the 8 ½ x 11 with a tri-fold for company brochures.  The 11 x 17 size folded in half is an easy form of a product catalog.  Printing on one or both sides is available along with different paper weights and finishes.  Below are some diagrams of the most standard names and ways they are folded for your brochures.

We will provide a temporary location for viewing your project and send you a user ID and password to log in.  This will be sent by an email along with directions on how to log in. We also will send a simple agreement for work to be done to be signed and returned with half of the project cost sent at the beginning with the remainder of the balance to be sent when completion is done. Once we receive both of these we will begin working on the project

We prefer that you the client supply us with the data or information you would like on your brochure along with logos and photos you would like included.  If this is not possible we can create our own vision or design and have you the client review it and make any revisions or modifications you would like changed.

We will create different layouts that you the client will view and select one for a final version. We will make all the necessary changes and revisions that you would like completed. When you are completely satisfied with the final version we will email or fax you another agreement to be signed and returned. This is to show we have met all requirements and expectations of your design project. We then ask for the balance of the cost of your project to be sent.
