Designed Visions will review the submitted quote, and provide you with an estimate of cost and time to complete.  If the estimate is acceptable we will provide a contract or agreement to be signed by you the client and returned to us.  We also ask for a deposit up front of half the amount of the total cost of the service provided.

Once the contract or agreement is returned along with the deposit, we will schedule the project to begin the process for completion. We will also need the files for the project.  These are the text files and data content, along with the photos you want to be included. If these files cannot be provided and you would like us to write your content we will need to know this up front to allow us time to research and prepare. We prefer you as the client to provide the information for your service, product or company. We can take ideas or content that you currently have and restructure it adding valuable content and giving the document a professional finished product

Designed Visions will provide you with a temporary location for client viewing of work in progress.  This is so that you as the customer can follow the progression of your project.  This benefits both you the customer and us the designers so communication throughout the progress of your design can provide positive or negative feedback to both. This location will be provided once we have completed the first drafts of your project. We will email you the information needed to log in to view your layouts and then you the client can select a final version. These files depending on the actual service will be viewed as a Jpeg, Gif, or a PDF format.

After the project is completed, we will send you a completion agreement to be signed and returned along with the remainder of the project balance. This is to show that we here at Designed Visions have completed and provided you the client with all items expected from the first agreement and contract and that all services have been accomplished and you are completely satisfied with the finished product. You no longer require any additional services from Designed Visions unless new projects are needed.
